American Craft Endeavors, Florida's leading producers of craft festivals, is proud and excited to be taking the reigns of this great event located in Roser Park in beautiful St. Petersburg, Fl.
Historic Roser Park is the historic center of St. Petersburg. Built on Tocobagan Indian Mounds and kitchen middens. Now home to a Nationally & Local Registered Historic District, HRP is proud of its brick streets, historic homes, active culture, winding creeks, hilly topography, flowers, botany, oak & palm canopies, walking museum and more!
Free parking is available at Bayfront Parking Garage with golf cart transportation to the festival.
Among the most popular aspects of the festival is Historic Roser Park itself, (the first section of St. Petersburg to be designated a national historic district.) Roser Park was established by developer Charles Roser in 1911 as one of St. Petersburg’s first “streetcar suburbs.” With its rolling brick streets, venerable oaks and beautiful old bungalows, the neighborhood is unlike any other in the region. Festival-goers can seek out the 28 placards in its acclaimed outdoor museum, a self-guided walking tour through early St. Pete history. There will also be three guided tours each day at 11, 1 and 3 led by neighborhood historian Ron Motyka.
**New this year!!! Historic District home tours will be available with paid admission, showcasing six historic Roser Park homes. Homes will be open from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day of the festival.

A portion of the proceeds from the festival goes toward the preservation and improvement of the Historic Roser Park neighborhood, and towards a neighborhood charity. The Historic Roser Park Art Festival is sponsored bythe City of St. Petersburg, Bright House Networks, Creative Loafing, Watermark, iLovetheBurg Downtown St. Pete page, Florida Yacht Group, and Yacht Sales Cafe.

Another successful Tour of Homes

This weekend just concluded another successful tour of homes for the neighborhood. Kudos to the chair, Deb Camfferman, for organizing the whole event months in advance along with her team and making it all happen last Saturday. Thanks to Carolyn (great brochure!), Kai, Catherine and Brian. To all the homes on the tour, thank you for opening your doors to the many visitors we had and sharing your beautiful abode. Thanks to all the neighborhood volunteers (you know who you are) who cleaned up the streets and parks, spread the word to their friends and family, set up the booths and signages, guided the people from home to home, and gave us an inspiring outdoor museum tour.
